“Initial appointment : professional, comfortable, reassuring, thorough. Christina is excellent and clearly understands how sensitive deaf people can be. Highly recommend if you know you cant hear but are afraid of what you WILL hear if you go for a test. I now know I will have to wear a hearing aid - and with what’s on offer it may not be as bad as I always imagined.”

“Had my regular 6 month session with Celine which was excellent. Celine is a true professional. She takes great care of everything she does and having tested my hearing thoroughly and upgrade my aids I left actually hearing better than I had 45 minutes earlier. I've been a patient of Pindrop since 2021 and they are simply the best for value, expertise and attitude. You won't do better.”

“As you walk in the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Receptionist Fiona was very helpful in booking the appointment, managing it and sending out all relevant correspondence prior to the test. Sarah Chohan, the Audiologist, has been very pleasant and attentive. She carried out all procedures in good time and very thoroughly, responding in great detail to all my queries and concerns. Whole experience of dealing with her made me feel very satisfied with service provided and assured. Real professional and a decent person. Kind regards Vlad”

“My 90 year old mother has received great personal care from her Pindrop audiologist .The professional yet friendly service put my mum at ease and as her requirements have changed Pindrop has carefully made sure that she has the optimum equipment -from hearing aids to other audio devices that enhance her hearing.They have adjusted the hearing aid settings when she needed them altering due to a deterioration in her hearing which has been tested on a regular basis . Whenever we have needed an appointment we have been able to make one .Mum needed earwax removing ,more filters etc and Pindrop has always given her what she needed . I would recommend Pindrop to anyone who has found they cannot hear as well as they used to.”
