My husband had a second appointment with Sara this morning. She was very professional and took great care throughout the wax removal procedure.
Sara listened to our concerns about not worrying about removing any stubborn remaining wax in this appointment, if it might affect his hearing. However, she skilfully achieved good results from using suction and water techniques. Sara did not rush the procedure, and it was an excellent service as before. Will be returning to Sara.
