“The reason for the visit was my annual check-up/service. I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and waited but a few moments before being greeted by Vishani, my audiologist. As ever Vishani was as efficient as she was charming - a real credit to the company. My ears were dewaxed prior to my hearing being retested. Vishani explained the results and recalibrated my aids to ensure that I derive the maximum benefit from them. Once again first class service from the Pindrop team.”

“Great service. Friendly and professional. Aids tweaked to reflect changes in my hearing. Sara was very thorough in her testing of my hearing and examination of my ears and checked the fit of my aids very carefully too.”
