Hi Anna, Thank you for the wonderful review — we're so glad you love the album! One thing that sets us apart from most DIY photo book services is that we do manually review every album before it goes to print — checking image resolution, spacing, cover alignment, and overall print quality. It's something we're genuinely proud of. That said, for DIY albums we leave the creative choices — photo selection, text, layout decisions — entirely to you, as they're personal and intentional. We only step in when we spot a technical issue that would affect print quality. We looked back at your order and see in this particular case, pages 10 and 11 use two different images of the same moment, one in color and one in black and white. We have seen other customers do this before with their favorite image, and is again something that comes down to personal choice. Hope that helps clarify. “The team at PikPerfect identified a problem with the quality of some of our wedding photos when we first uploaded the 'final' album. They tried to help find a solution and were then extremely patient while we reverted to the original photographer to see if he had better quality versions of the photos. Once we had obtained these, PikPerfect then inserted these photos into the album for us and pointed out a couple of issues. We accepted those and have now received the completed album, with which we are delighted.”

“Ich habe ein Fotoalbum für meine Freundin zum Jahrestag machen wollen und bin außerordentlich glücklich darüber, wie es rausgekommen ist. Die Gestaltung war relativ simpel und auch nach der Bestellung wurde ich mehrfach auf Fehler bzw. Auffälligkeiten, die beim Druck entstehen würden hingewiesen. Es ist eine wunderschönes Fotoalbum geworden, mit sehr guter Beratung, Auswahl etc.”
