“I was very pleased with my order ( 2 full sovereigns ) order was quickly dispatched and received the next day. I was never given any tracking information, which was surprising considering I spent over £700......And item was sent by regular recorded delivery not special delivery.”

I had e-mailed asking for a tracking number and also request a certificate of authentication from Physical Gold, both were provided promptly. Would have given 5 stars had this been provided upon purchase otherwise a positive buying experience!”

“I would recommend sending gold bars in a box rather than a bubble wrap envelope , as it would be more professional, some customers might prefer to buy from another company who send in a box. I would recommend accepting amex as a form of payment and giving the customer the option to pay the surcharge themselves then at least you may not lose a sale.”
