Fair prices, can usually contact by phone in a decent time (I'm not interested in portals or 'managing my account'). However admin seems to be poor; twice I've had documents missing from the pack or with errors, and if you ask for the one missing document you get the whole lot all over again. They could save themselves much time by getting such details right first time. When you get through to someone a bit higher up, which is Grove & Dean, they're very efficient.

Easy to set up and certainly a good price. Lets hope I don’t need to find out how good they are in the event of a claim!

Few cons I would like to flag up, I got my renewal quote only fifteen days prior to the renewal date. It would be nice to get it a month before to compare with others and take the best one. I have added extra lock and put datatag on my bike this year but didn't get any discount despite informing the upgrade to Peter Best. Apart from that all is good.

Not had need to claim but buying the policy etc was fine, no hassle whatsoever and the policy addresses my needs

The annual trawl through potential car insurers is always a nightmare. This years activity was no better. I chose Peter Best because of coverage and cost but I’m sure, as always, I’ve missed something in the small print. I didn’t receive a confirmation nearer the start date that my insurance was in place, that would have helped to ensure peace of mind. I only had the original documentation but a reassuring email would have been good

I’ve only had insurance with you for about a month and I’ve had about 20 emails so far 🤦🏻‍♂️. Other than that fantastic price for my old golf insurance 👍

PBIS has good customer service. Telephone customer service contacts answer very quickly and are very helpful customer service staff. The only bad side is that they (C/Service) take my credit card details, including the security 3-digit PIN number, over the phone, instead of using a phone keypad, as a secure transaction. I would like the particular card charging services to be done by allowing customers to use the phone keypad, as a secure transaction.
