“I arranged cover at a very competitive price via compare.com but when I tried to pay by credit card the system PBIS use would not process the payment. I phoned and, in order to complete the application I was obliged to answer or confirm my answers to a whole bunch of questions again. Once completed they took my credit card payment with no problem. Slightly irritating when all I wanted to do was to pay! I still give them 4 stars for their competitive pricing and friendly customer service.”

“Good price , and helpful and friendly staff on help line . AND MOST IMPORTANT you have a working help phone line that is actually answered !! well done. Only one problem it is not made clear on web site how to log in and set up an account, especially if you do not want to download an app.”
