“Competitive premium for my car but when trying to insure my wife’s golf, she was asked to state any extras she specified when buying the car from new as though they were subsequent modifications which resulted in an uncompetitive quote. She therefore insured elsewhere.”

“I arranged cover at a very competitive price via compare.com but when I tried to pay by credit card the system PBIS use would not process the payment. I phoned and, in order to complete the application I was obliged to answer or confirm my answers to a whole bunch of questions again. Once completed they took my credit card payment with no problem. Slightly irritating when all I wanted to do was to pay! I still give them 4 stars for their competitive pricing and friendly customer service.”
