Firstly I am only leaving a review because they sent me an email asking for one. I have given them one star as they have still not got back to me about an enquiry about the level of cover actually provided (Possibly different between what is on the certificate Vs what was claimed when it was sold to me) The online chat thing was poor - it just copied some generic stuff from the website and rehashed it, not answering the question. It did then attempt to put me through to a person, but the site ended up failing. I sent an email but they haven't replied. Interestingly, the email they sent asking for a review - if you click on 1 star on the email, it takes you through to their customer service page, but if you click 5 stars it takes you to this page to leave a review. Take what you will from that...

This insurance policy provides a tracker for a MH. The tracker was defective on delivery with a non-functioning switch which could not be located. It needed replacement and according to the tracker company this was to be at my cost - £72. Peter Best offered a 50% reduction on this cost. Therefore, the conclusion from this is that the insurance company and their agents will supply you with defective equipment the replacement of which will cost you an extra £36. Deal with Peter Best at your peril!

Price quoted went up as soon as I paid for it. Had a call after a day saying they wanted another £40. So I cancelled the policy with wasn't due to start for another 20 days the told me there would be a £30 charge I said the policy doesn't start for another 20 days and at the time of the call they hadn't even taken the original payment fro my bank, but 7 days later the original price was refunded less £30. Totally outrageous I would understand if the policy had started but it wasn't due to start for 20 days. Would never use these again.
