The tracker company is useless. Email blank.phone number didn't exist .

Disappointing people skills while on the phone to Peter Best staff & also took renewal payment a week early before we could look for alternative comparison deals

Unfortunately only giving 3stars as the price quoted on the GoCompare site rose by over £100 when phoning in directly and subsequently purchasing a policy - even after providing additional security features and information not available to be declared online. Needless to say I am very disappointed and obviously declined the automatic renewal offer for next year. A case of honesty doesn’t always pay!! Apart from that all seems to be running smoothly and hopefully won’t need to make any claims.

Very easy to buy insurance, very helpful staff whilst setting it all up. Decent prices. Hopeless however when trying to set up agreed value. Sent photos several times by e mail and their own online form, and had to check myself if they'd arrived each time, or in a format they could see? No feedback contact. I have had to chase it constantly. Finally winkled out the fact that some of my pictures were not at acceptable angles, but would never have known if I hadn't enquired again.

Very happy with service but only 3 stars as I asked for paper copy of documents which have not arrived. I emailed to request change of spelling of name and requested paper copy. Nothing back.

My quote from the Daily Mail was about £155, not the cheapest, but I knew the name from the MG car club. When I paid Iwas asked for a further £50 for breakdown cover, this was supposed to be included in the £155 quote. We I recived my insurance documents a staple was placed about 2 inches from the top and 2 inches from the side this had to be removed to read them.

disappointed that you quoted twice the previous year fee for Morris Traveller with no reasonable explanation, IMO the chat person couldn't be bothered. No offer of a group discount where I insure up to 5 cars and a motorcycle each year - note 2 day cars and 3 classics. Happy to take nearest fee plus your broker fee springs to mind. Managed to secure a group discount from April and a £70 saving on your quote for traveller this time round

I have been a Customer of Peter Best from nearly day one client 33. Sorry to say now the personal touch has gone and is just big business having just changed our car and had to cancel our policy the cancellation charges are ridiculous. If I had had more time I would have gone elsewhere and you will have to work hard to keep me in 12 month's time.
