“Very happy with the product I ordered and the speed of dispatch - however, their chosen courier (DPD) twice claimed to have attempted delivery even though I was at home and in the end I had to walk a 3 mile round trip to collect from a drop-off location. Clearly a delivery driver who was running behind (or too lazy) to actually attempt a delivery to me. I would be happy to use the company again should they change courier but until I'm informed that they have, I won't be using them again.”

“The product is good, the delivery by DPD was 2nd rate (not Pet n Pony's fault, it is in the nature of delivery services that pay too little and expect too much) with 2 failed "attempts" at delivery, and when I did collect the box from the post office, it had been dropped and 2 sachets had leaked all over the place. Given the nature of DPD and the like, can I ask for more damage resistant packaging next time?”

“I ordered a new riding hat for my daughter after a recent accident where her other one took the brunt of the force. After a little while I had to email them to ask them when the item would be dispatched. They replied promptly and politely advising that they had sold out at point of purchase and had to wait for supply to arrive to fulfill my order. This delayed my daughter’s return to riding due to the order being late. They were very apologetic and explained fully, maybe this was a one off but it certainly has made me think twice about using them for something that is required quickly, but I would still buy from them for something not needed urgently.”

“I was pleased to have my 12kg bag of kibble delivered due to the weight and size ordered. Because of the Easter weekend it took slightly longer to be delivered, but when I contacted my Pet and Pony shop the assistant was very helpful. Thank you”

“Always delivered on time or earlier than expected. Only issue with this order was that I noticed that the zip on the dog food bag was missing (luckily I had a previous bag here to tip it into) However apart from that 5/5 as the zip is probably once in a blue moon”

“I have bought Canagan dog food from PetnPony. The website was easy to use, the pricing was excellent. I was kept informed throughout, and the delivery was as expected although it took longer than other competitor’s delivery times. This didn’t matter as I was not running out of dog food, however if you are down to the wire you might be getting anxious. I would recommend the company, but ask that they speed up the delivery !”

“I was very impressed with how quickly I received my order. I also appreciated the two free gifts for my days. Thank you. I am however disappointed that I emailed Pet n Pony regarding purchasing more of the free treats they had sent m and to this day 14th March, I have not received a reply.”

“Parcel arrived a bit knocked about. One bag of food had split at the top, probably from being dropped. Luckily very little food had escaped. Will in further only buy one bag at a time.”

“Initial ordering was rather confusing as I wanted to pick it up from store rather than get it delivered but wasn't able to get stock checked or ordered over the phone, but it worked out OK. Store seemed a little short-staffed by having to also deal with phone queries as well as in-store customers but staff were very pleasant. Will try to get pet food from them again to support a local business.”

“i am very very pleased with service received by Pet N Pony, 2 orders in and both arrived earlier than advised (which we loved). our dog loves the Orijen Puppy kibble and it is sold at competitive rates. the only tiniest downside is that last we bought a big bag (11.4kg) and it seemed the bag had a tiny split where the thick packaging has creased at the seam. Otherwise great service & product”
