“Great product and great communication. I received notification that my order had been received and again that my order had been processed. And then on the third day another notification that my item had been posted. I just deducted one star because of the three days it took for the order to go through those three procedures and to be posted. I would definitely use again though.”

“Good service and follow up - the bit I purchased was slightly undersized from the description given on the internet but as its purpose is only as a back-up on a lunging bridle it will surffice Well wrapped, delivered on time, email communication acceptable - Jill Penn”

“I had my delivery left at a neighbours address unbeknown to me for fourteen days. No delivery card left for me by Royal Mail tracking kept being told to try later.. Yes my neighbour should have informed me too”

“Easy to use website, I was kept updated regarding delivery etc. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that delivery took a while but this was probably due to the current COVID19 situation.”
