“Thanks to Pest Control pigeons (tree rats!) no longer perch above a window or in the guttering above my driveway. Consequently, I now no longer have to remove their droppings, particularly off my car! I get a certain satisfaction when I see the pigeons trying to find somewhere else to shelter from the pouring rain, tough! Well done Pest Control, a bit expensive but worth it.”

“Service was quick, they arrived within 24hours of the phone call, They bated the borrowed holes and laid a trap with bate. the trap had been entered and some of the bate had been taken. It's now been over a month since the rat appeared and currently there is no further sign of the rodent. I did find the nest but there were no occupants thankfully.”

“Jamie was super. He explained everything and what he was doing to eradicate the rats. After about 4 days we stopped hearing the rats. Everything was fine for a couple of months but then we heard what appeared to be solitary rat above my bed in the loft. I spoke to my neighbours who agreed to get their landlord in, in case the rat had come from next door. The rat appeared to be ignoring the poisoned grain but I found a poison cube left from Jamie’s visit and placed it where I believed the rat was running. We also cemented up a couple of holes in the loft wall between mine and next doors house. On next checking the loft, the cube had disappeared and we did not hear the rat again. Unfortunately there maybe a dead rat somewhere around my house walls/floors, as I seem to have larger number of flies than I might expect at this time of year. Fly catcher pods are helping to sort out this problem. Overall I was very happy with service received by your company.”

“Darren was friendly and explained everything well.. however as very elderly pensioner Iiving on my own I think you are expensive. My problem was urgent and yours was the only company of the three I rang who could come immediately. But some others, knowing you must have least two visits, give a much lesser price to cover the two visits, and then will charge extra for any further visit needed. I have have no more rat visitors!”

“David came to my house after I had reported having mice there. He was very thorough in both finding evidence of where they had been and considering how they were getting in. He then put down a mix of foodstuff for them and put mesh over all the air vents. I'm glad to say I haven't seen any more mice since then. He explained what he was doing and why, and I found his approach very reassuring. The mice arrived just after Christmas so unfortunately he was not able to come until after the New Year bank holiday, but otherwise the service was excellent”

“The problem was a wasp nest high in our wall. The first treatment was not fully successful but a second visit and treatment did the trick after a second entry point was detected. The service was pleasant and polite. There was a bit of a problem with communication to fix up the return visit resulting in a delay of a few days but we are very happy with the final outcome.”

“Couldn’t fault the young man who came out twice v helpful quick service ours was not an easy situation as unfortunately the wasps had another route of escape! Hopefully situation will be resolved about 3 weeks on spottted a lively wasp inside!”
