“I thought they were quick to come out to me. The only problem is they moved all my storage boxes around but never put them back where they were. I went up there this week and it took me a while to tidy up.”

“Communication during the initial high level inspection could have been better and I should have been listened too with a bit more belief and if so it would have saved me several hundred pounds however Leon was extremely polite and professional and dealt with the final extermination at no cost by way of compensation. I would definitely your Leon and the team again.”

“Stewart was brilliant. Very thorough, very informative and very helpful throughout. Got rid of the rats so no complaints! Tried their new poison and worked fantastic by all accounts. Could be a little cheaper but hey it sorted the problem so we're very happy. Thankyou!”

“Very helpful, had a thorough look around and in the house and gave recommendations on how to manage the pest problem (rats). As I already had successfully treated the problem myself no further action was required but I will implement the recommendations in order to minimise re-occurrence.”
