The guy was great I've noticed reduce in dropping. However was happy as the first time I called the company he charged £80 and said he will coming in 2 weeks time to check. I did ask him will they be another charge. He said no it's part of the first payment. Anyway he came back in 2 weeks checked everything and charged me another £80. He did mention to him however he said no you need to pay. I couldn't be asked to argue with him. Never again will I call this company or recommend to anyone as cant stick to they word. Ripped off I've ordered the same pellets etc I'll just do it my self. Ide love to hear back from you however I know I wont. Good luck
