“We had a very tricky situation - a rat was dead inside the back of our cooker. The cooker suppliers declined to help us, even though the cooker was new, and Rentokil were not interested. When your company agreed to help us, we were very thankful - after taking tha back off the cooker, your representative efficiently, courteously removed the culprit ( with some difficulty, as it was firmly wedged in a small space). It was shocking to see the damage, but he re-assured us of the unlikely presence of more rodents around. He checked outside and couldn't see any evidence of further contamination, and offered to return if we found any other signs. We were appalled by the whole experience, and the confidence and re-assurance the he showed us, and the patient execution of the job was very commendable - we wouldn't hesitate to use your company again - but hopefully won't have to! We even managed to have a joke about the extraordinary situation.”

“Excellent service, Jamie the person who attended explained everything to us, and made sure everything was done correctly. He came back on a second visit to check that everything had been ok since his first visit. We have had no infestations since the treatment.”

“I found this to be a fast friendly service and would certainly recommend them. However, there were a few bees remaining which I reported but, after an exchange of emails, it wasn't followed up as I had expected. The bees aren't a major problem but it makes me wonder about their after-sales service. Other than that I would definitely use them again and would have given them 5 stars.”
