“My tennant still had mice after the call out. I called When I called back to report this I was told I would have to pay another ***. I have now contacted the Council - they put 6 lots of bait around the flat in various locations - not just 2 in the kitchen - 1 of which the tennant said the mice have never been seen there\nThe council said the bait was of poor quality.\nThe tennant said the person that came out couldn't wait to get away and was unfriendly - did not listen to the customer - for these reason I would not recommend this”

“Arrived on time, knew straight away best course of action. Squirrels gone in 2 visits. Really liked the option he offered to allow me to monitor the traps if I wanted to save on call out costs, showed put customer first.”

“It's only two days since the the person from Pest Control came to put poison down for the mouse /mice. \nI was informed that he puts large amounts of poison which would kill them.\nI'm not sure how long it takes....but if I am still hearing noises and scratching In a weeks time . I would expect him to return free of charge because he didn't say might kill the vermin he said it will kill the vermin. !! I have paid him in the region of Â£130.00 ...which is a lot of money !!\nI await the results.\n***”
