“Wasps started to build a nest in the roof space. I emailed PestControl and they were very helpful calling back within an hour. One of the team attended my address and dealt with the issue within a total of hours. Prompt, effective and friendly service.”

“First visit ok but still had wasp activity so I called and got another visit. Still more wasp activity but no response when I asked for a further visit. I guess I’ll put the £100 I spent down to experience and get another firm to finish the job. Update - one of the senior team contacted me and very kindly refunded my monies. Great recovery!”

“The wasp removal treatment was done. But post that, we have been struggling with a foul smell emanating from the kitchen duct (where the treatment was done). When I tried to contact Cliff, he was not willing to remove the nest and also start ignoring my messages. It was very disappointing that he did not help me post the treatment and hence I will not recommend pest control to anyone.”

Thank you for your review. If it was simple to remove the nest, we would, but our technicians expertise doesn’t stretch to working on electric extractor fans, and taking them apart. Our treatment was carried out externally, where the wasps were entering your extractor unit. I am sorry to repeat our advice, but you need to speak to a kitchen specialist who deals with extractor fans and knows how to safely take them apart and put them back together. With the nest now dead, they can safely work on the extractor unit, which is something we don’t know how to do.
