“The team member that attended our property was very polite, thorough and informative for the first visit. He identified the way rodents were entering the house, put bait in all of these locations and confirmed when he would be coming back to double check in 2 weeks. He came back to our home 2 weeks later, and I made him aware of a smell in our kitchen that I couldn’t remove with cleaning products. Unfortunately, he dismissed the smell very quickly and said there was no way it was dead rodents - the smell worsened over the coming days, and upon further investigation / cleaning, we found 3 dead rodents. Although I appreciate he could not have categorically stated rodents would not die in our home, he said in the first visit that they were unlikely to, and that the rodents would take bait away and likely pass towards their nests. A little frustrating that my concerns over smell were dismissed with no investigation.”

“We have been over run with ants in the garden for a long time But when they start invading you home it’s time to do something about it found by googling, Ant invasion found you, Kyle was very good explained what should happen. After 2weeks wasn’t sure still had a lot running about phoned up, they said give it 3wks to my amazement not seen one since hope it stays that way Well worth the money thank you”

“Leo can’t to do survey on house was very informative and helpful. I think he knew I was anxious and he was able to visit the next day to carry out the required work. He informed me to stay out room. He also said when I return from work to open windows. I didn’t realise you paid tax an call out he explained and it is what it is. Overall happy that this work has been completed.”
