“Attended the same day as reported and as promised to deal with wasp nest in roof, only approachable from outside. Very efficient and quick on arrival and obviously with the correct equipment because as forecast no sign of wasps the next morning. Would recommend and if required will use again. Thanks very satisfied.\nOrder procedure and paperwork production also very efficient.\nFrom this experience can't think of any improvements necessary.”

“I called this company about 12pm on a bank holiday Monday, and within 2 hours they had been out and sorted our wasp nest problem, Very quick and provided a great service with the promise to return the next day for free if the wasps had not all gone. Would recommend!”

Arrived on time, friendly professional service with a comprehensive explanation of the problem and (importantly) the solution and a follow up visit booked before leaving. “The representative of the company was extremely friendly and efficient. He explained everything clearly to myself and my 88 year old mother. He treated the part of the eaves where the bee problem was and let us know what to expect afterwards and how long we needed to wait for ths treatment to work. Very helpful and polite all the time he was dealing with us. Would recommend him and the company yo others.”
