“effective ( lots of dead insects) first time but still some around ( told to ring if this was the case after a week ) and Jamie came back promptly for second treatment and sorted the problem”

“Excellent service. Prompt attention. Effective treatment after first visit with a bees nest on my garage! Agent was a Leeds United fan so we chatted avidly during his treatment. In other words he was very friendly. Enjoyed his company. A great experience. Highly recommended and I will defo use him again. A def thumbs up to this company 👍👍”

“Rang in the morning arrived before dinner time. I was told it may take up to 7 days for the bees to disappear, 9 days later saw the last bee. Cannot fault the service and would certainly use them again. Very pleased.”

“Awful service was told by Phil the third treatment would be free and he won’t answer the phone on me or reply to my voice messages When he looked at the property he took less than 10 mins and didn’t even inspect properly Whilst fumigating the full house he literally took 15 mins Was very polite but did not seem to have little knowledge on bed bugs as he didn’t know they have castings etc i got new pest man to come take a look he was in so much shock at how he didn’t inspect home properly to find out the source he said there was bed bugs but not badly infested but he said he should of took a long time inspecting full house looking anything else when twice he was no more than 15 mins and the pest control said he wouldn’t clueless and that when doing bed bugs it shouldn’t take that quick as when every one he knows who do it spend at least an hour in each room and that he should of been here at least most of the day for full house ive since shown him picture and he asked where that was from and I told him my 4 month old baby nose and he said he would say that’s definitely a bed bug, every morning by baby is still waking up and her nose is full of blood and still getting bites most days Every time I ring phil to tell him he ignores me and mr voicemails, Could some one come do third treatment who has more experience and ring me monday on 07568574953 please Kind regards Rebecca”
