“When the operative arrived they were helpful and efficient however they were 24 hours later than agreed. The paperwork promised never arrived. The pests were disposed of but the rest of the operation wasn't ideal”

“Appointment booked within a day of contact, the guy turned up on time, borrowed a torch and cleared out the entire wasp nest in 20 minutes. The nest was not in an easy place to reach but he persisted and the wasps have not been back since. good result, nice people, highly reccomended.”
