“Awful service was told by Phil the third treatment would be free and he won’t answer the phone on me or reply to my voice messages When he looked at the property he took less than 10 mins and didn’t even inspect properly Whilst fumigating the full house he literally took 15 mins Was very polite but did not seem to have little knowledge on bed bugs as he didn’t know they have castings etc i got new pest man to come take a look he was in so much shock at how he didn’t inspect home properly to find out the source he said there was bed bugs but not badly infested but he said he should of took a long time inspecting full house looking anything else when twice he was no more than 15 mins and the pest control said he wouldn’t clueless and that when doing bed bugs it shouldn’t take that quick as when every one he knows who do it spend at least an hour in each room and that he should of been here at least most of the day for full house ive since shown him picture and he asked where that was from and I told him my 4 month old baby nose and he said he would say that’s definitely a bed bug, every morning by baby is still waking up and her nose is full of blood and still getting bites most days Every time I ring phil to tell him he ignores me and mr voicemails, Could some one come do third treatment who has more experience and ring me monday on 07568574953 please Kind regards Rebecca”

“The pricing should be advertised on your website so it is transparent. I felt it was miscommunicated to me on the phone by the Pest Control expert and I explained this to him when he arrived for the first visit, for which he apologised. I was very much of the impression that it was £102 for two visits, not £102 per visit! I would not have agreed to this had I known. Whatsmore, I was charged for the second visit during the first visit which was a shock. I also had to call Pest Control to ask when the second visit would be despite being told by the Pest Control expert that he would call me. The second visit did not involve much more than checking the infestation, removing the bait and giving some advice which was disappointing considering it cost £102. I definitely wouldn't use Pest Control again.”
