“Came to get rid of our mole problem. Made 1 visit. 10 traps put down. Came back following week . No moles caught Said that was end of the treatment! We had to pay £180 in advance and we made a complaint about poor service. Got a refund of £90 after complaining. Not a happy customer. !”

“Had a Mole in the back garden that was ruining the lawn. I phone for information first to see what could be done and the same day seamus came out to help. Great service and would recommend to any one with the same problem.”

“Kyle is very knowledgeable about his job, polite and prompt. He solved our rat issue and gave plenty of ideas for preventing a repeat problem. 6 weeks on and the problem has been gone for sometime.”

“I'm very pleased with the service that I received from Richard. I had a problem with what turned out to be mice in the loft of the house. Richard came within an hour of my phone call, advised me on the potential places where the mice could be getting into the property, and put down traps as appropriate. Follow up appointment was as scheduled and the mouse problem appears to have been solved.”

“I got in contact about squirrels because a neighbour saw 2 getting in my chimney pot outside. Matthew came, looked in my loft for a short while but couldn't see or detect squirrels nor any signs of holes to suggest that they could get in.”

“Jamie turned up within a couple of hours of me calling. We talked through the issues and he advised what he believed we needed to do. Having done that he said he would return in about a week to check the situation. He came back as promised and found a dead rat which he carefully removed. There has been no problem since. I was very impressed, Jamie kept me informed of what he was doing and passed on some good tips.”
