I was completely satisfied with the service I have received from initial phone enquiry, assessment and treatment and final advice regarding follow up options. “We suffered an attack of carpet moths, noticed the service on the internet and contacted *** who gave a very professional service, he explained clearly what would happen and the call time.\n\nHe arrived promptly and got on with job. He moved all furniture required (pity he didn't put it back !, I'm sure there was a reason for this)\n\nBill paid, job done with a guarantee.\nOne happy customer\n\n”

“Very satisfied - 2 days since treatment and no sign of the little pests! I think it would be useful to have a leaflet giving more details on for instance life cycle of flea - their habitat- what to expect - when I can clean etc but overall very pleased.”
