Having had an expensive quote from one of the best-known firms, we looked for a cheaper solution. The man came, squirted his pesticide into the nest, and departed, about 25 minutes after arriving. When I asked if he was going to clear up the nest and the dead wasps covering the loft floor, he said no, that woukd have cost an extra £50. That is the precise difference in price between his quote and the better-known firm. If I had known, I would have gone with the better-known firm. I feel the limited service offered at his price should have been made clear at the point of quotation. The wasps are dead, so no complaints on that score.
