They've sent me a form to review the item I ordered as a Xmas present - well they did ask... Firstly they should have ensured that I ACTUALLY received it before Xmas. How embarrassing do you think it is when somebody gives YOU a present and you have to tell them "well yours didn't arrive..it's still in the post" even though I ordered it 10 days before Xmas, asked for reassurance that it would arrive in time and was sent 3, yes 3, emails telling me not to worry it'll definitely be with me for Xmas. Poor service and lies...what less can you ask for?? I won't be giving them my money next year.

Cannot comment on quality of product because its not arrived, ordered on 11th December, confirmed order on telephone on 13th, was told it would be here in time for Christmas and it's not arrived. Not happy at all, poor service.

I orderd this gift 10th December still not been deliverd,hermes told me to contact sender as they couldn't deliver parcel,numerous emails and no contact so im annoyed ive paid for something and never received it.

I would not purchase no more products from this company. I had paid and purchased a Manchester United Mug & Re-useable Cup on Sunday 15th December, with this purchase I had paid for expressed delivery of £9.50. With this delivery I had received an email saying that my purchase would be with me by Monday 16th- Wednesday 18th December. To this day I am still waiting for my purchase. So j feel as though that this site is not a reliable one.

How you have the audacity to ask for a review of a product that has never arrived is beyond me!! Awful service order placed 13/12 thinking 7 days would be ample time especially as paid for delivery!!! It is not the 23/12 still no product Joke will not be using and again and will not be recommending at all

I am upset as straight after placing the order you send the confirmation email and the name was wrong after contacting you immediately I was informed you were unable to change it so I will not be using you or recommending you

Ordered in plenty of time before Christmas and still hasn't arrived. Messaged but received no response after advising it would be here the Friday before at the latest. Will now have One very unhappy niece Christmas day without her gift.

Shocking. Hermes didnt put the gift in a safe place it was put in gas box which we dont have key too!

I made an order and paid for Express Tracked Delivery which should’ve been no longer than 3 days arrival. My order arrived over a week after I placed it. I have emailed the customer service team for a refund of my delivery charge and have not even received a reply. Definitely would not recommend this company unless you don’t mind misinformation and lack of replies from customer service.

Not great. Package hasn't arrived yet and even after contacting them twice I have had no further details on when it will be shipped. Hoping that I won't have an upset child xmas morning.

10 days on I’m still waiting for my gift I was told would take 2 days. No reply to my email. Cheaper elsewhere and I wish I’d used THEM instead! If I could give you a zero I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The mug has arrived totally smashed - I cannot call you as there is no phone no. and although I emailed immediately on Thursday I have received no response. I am very disappointed as this was supposed to be part of my grandson's Christmas present. I emailed you two telephone numbers to try to call me - nothing

I can’t review this item as I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I ordered on the 11th December and still haven’t received the parcel. It was also being delivered to my work address which is now closed for Xmas so doesn’t look like I’ll get this order before Xmas and it was a gift for my dad who is an avid fan. I emailed the sales team on Thursday 19th at 9.30am and have not yet had a response so I give zero stars for customer service. Very disappointed
