Looked good on images when I actually received my mug it was smashed so overall not impressed

They don’t even deserve one star! Taking money out my bank twice and took them ages to email me back after sending proof of the bank transaction and they custom service is poor! What I receive! Definitely won’t be ordering again from this website!!

I've no idea what the shirt is like but SWFC customer servicing is appalling and I'm telling my family NEVER to ask for anything from them again. If I'm spending over £100 I'd expect free P&P but not only do I have to pay for it, I have to use two trolleys and pay P&P twice. No reply to my email from SWFC.

Can’t get anything right this company. First cup they send me was smashed to bit, second one was a completely different football team with the wrong name on it. Asked for a refund, let’s see if I get one!

DON’T BUY HERE!!!! I have still not received my item aften 4,5 week. No evidence of shipment ever!! When I contact the Company they ignore me!!!

The item arrived broken due to mishandling and/or inadequate packaging and despite emailing the same day I have not heard from Personalised Football Gifts

So the mug I ordered gets delivered after me waiting about a week, because I didn't have extra money to pay for next day delivery but to the main point - It finally gets delivered and when I open it it's smashed to pieces and there's no sight of any bubble wrap or anything to protect the mug hence why it came broken. Absolute disappointment of a service. Will be writing to get my money back

I purchased this item on 27th November and apart from receiving confirmation of my purchase I have neither received my purchase nor any email to say it had been dispatched. I emailed yesterday afternoon to ask if it had been sent but still no response or recipt
