I ordered a gift from you on 10 December and it still has not arrived on the 21 December. I am going away tomorrow and I do not have the gift to give my son. This an appalling situation. Marcus Towell

Goods ordered 10 days ago after paying extra for expedited delivery. Still no goods and wanted to deliver this Christmas gift today. Company clearly can’t cope with orders. If they’d been honest and told me there was a delay I’d have been more forgiving but to get greedy, accept orders they can’t cope with and ignore emails is simply unacceptable in the modern marketplace.

The Cardiff City personalised mug has arrived but there was no name on it just the logo 'surname'. I requested FLYNN to be put on the mug. I would appreciate a response. Thank you. Colin Lucas. P.S. This was to be a retirement gift today for a colleague .

Cup arrived broken, I sent photos of the cup to the sales department who said I wouldn’t need to return the cup as they could see the evidence from the photos, they said they would send out another cup as a matter of urgency. After that email 4 days ago I have received no other correspondence. I have emailed a further 3 times and messaged their Facebook page. They haven’t provided a refund or replacement which I think is disgusting. If they do I would be happy to change my review

The product took 2 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive the mug was bashed and scratched. Very poor

Still not received one of the items I have paid for - they say it was delivered with other items but it wasn’t. Referred me to the delivery company Hermes however upon phoning Hermes it is just a recorded message. Have since e mailed this company several times and they haven’t responded. Use with caution- if something goes wrong they don’t want to know and you end up out of pocket. First time this has happened to me.

Ordered on 8th December in time for Christmas. However, my order has still not been received by the courier (almost two weeks later), despite being told that my delivery would be received by Friday 20th December. I will require a full refund if I do not receive my delivery by Saturday 21st December.

I recieved my personalized gift smashed to pieces looked like it had been run over by a bus ...this was a Christmas present n now its too late to reorder. Money i might as well threw into the bin ..it was appalling to receive it the way i did.. no stars your courier you use is disgusting

I'm really hoping that the actual gift will be great. I'm sure it will. But as of today, I still haven't received it and it was booked online 10 days ago. Hence the one-star rating. All I can suggest is that you review your relationship with the shipping service. It matters not how good the product is, if you can't get it into the hands of your customers, on time, it's of no use.

cant give zero stars - ordered a personalised gift for a secret santa - hasnt been dispatched a week later despite paying extra for express shipping. Ignoring facebook messages and take ages to respond to emails. Now trying to get a refund. Please don't use these guys

Was devastated to see the poor quality of a popular gift. The logo and name was only legible when held up to certain angles of light. Took it to professional engravers who said they were surprised a company would send it out like that. They engraved over everything at my cost. Very very disappointed.

We ordered a personalised mug which came broken. They was quick to replace it and apologised but have sent the wrong mug, now are not responding to our emails with 9 days to go until Christmas. We are very disappointed as the site looks great for future purchases but this has now put us off..
