“I ordered a personalised drinking bottle. It came within 4 days and is great. My only slight critisism/observation is that once the order was confirmed via email I heard nothing regarding that it had been dispatched or when it would be delivered. Not a huge problem but unusual these days.”

“Since I was ordering from Canada to be delivered in London the ordering process was somewhat confusing. I eventually (through several email exchanges with employees ) disovered I needed to put the London address as both billing and delivery address and pay by PayPal. Once this was figured out the ordering was easy and the items were delivered very quickly. They loved the items and especially enjoyed putting the chocolate Christmas tree together!”
