“I ordered a personalised drinking bottle. It came within 4 days and is great. My only slight critisism/observation is that once the order was confirmed via email I heard nothing regarding that it had been dispatched or when it would be delivered. Not a huge problem but unusual these days.”

“I found the perfect gift, ordering was easy and got it the next day. Great experience, the product was of good quality and was perfect for what I wanted. Only gave 4 stars as I am being picky and thought the finish on the design was not perfect.”

“I received my purchase on the Thursday but it was broken, I emailed and was told a replacement would be sent, I said I needed it for Tuesday, it arrived on the Saturday, well done, great service.”

“I am very pleased with the quality of this ornament. Its a good weight and looks beautiful. One negative thing the lettering could have been darker. Some letters look already faded. Otherwise a five star rating.”

“Since I was ordering from Canada to be delivered in London the ordering process was somewhat confusing. I eventually (through several email exchanges with employees ) disovered I needed to put the London address as both billing and delivery address and pay by PayPal. Once this was figured out the ordering was easy and the items were delivered very quickly. They loved the items and especially enjoyed putting the chocolate Christmas tree together!”

“Arrived within 5 working days however, no acknowledgement email from company left me wondering whether they had received the order. Thankfully I took a snapshot ofbthe order in the web page so I had a ref number had it not arrived!”

“Had a good experience with this website. I am always buying gifts for my family from this app every year. they haven't failed me once, but I would like to know how to track my items so I know when they are arriving, especially when it's a surprise. Good prices too and they do not mess you about with spam emails.”

“Unable to use an iPhone to do my order as it won’t let you use all the symbols, told by customer service to use a different device, inconvenient as only have an iPhone so knocked off a star, also they wouldn’t take my order over the phone?”

“I'm very pleased with our purchase. It will make a very nice gift for our nephew's baptism. The engraving is beautiful. I've given 4 stars ONLY because I did not receive an email with the order confirmation (so thought I may be scammed), but the customer representative was responsive. Also, the package arrived with a Cut in the Box, so that's not great. Minor though, and would very much order again and recommend.”
