“I am happy with the purchase, wanted something for my daughters holy communion and this site helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The processing and delivery was very fast. The only reason not to give a max rating is the fact I had to make the order from my phone browser, for some reason I wasn’t able to check out from the order from the computer browser, tried all the browsers safari, chrome and ms edge.”

“Haven't yet received my order but I'm looking forward to getting it. Ordering on the website is perhaps best done using a laptop or PC. I ordered using my mobile phone and, although I got there in the end, it wasn't the easiest process as I couldn't see all the options available and had to keep scrolling up and down to see them. Got there eventually and, as I said, looking forward to receiving my sign.”

“The online ordering app was easy to use. It would be useful if you could track your order. I required the item as a present and used the e-mail contact to ask if my order had been dispatched. I received a very prompt reply with the dispatch date which was really good. Bit disappointed with the item, a ring box, as the box doesn’t have the padding inside to insert the ring. Would be a recommendation that a ring box has that padding. For my gift the ring is just laying in the box which spoils the presentation to the recipient in my view. Also there is a mark on the silver box lid that is permanent (a small black scratch/line). That said it was a good on line shopping experience and I would recommend and use the site again.”

“Very pleased with the item I ordered., apart from a small scratch where the engraving done. Nothing too serious. Glad I never got sent to person it was for, as covered in finger marks. Being a bit picky, but overall satisfied with product. Would use them again”
