“I ordered an item Mon 1/4/19 and was told 48 hours delivery. Item still not arrived 5/4/19. Have paid for delivery and promise not met. Very disappointed as the item is a gift for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. Postage should be refunded as an act of goodwill!”
