“I have not yet received my item but I was very impressed with the large variety of gifts which they had on offer in comparison to most other websites. Everything was very reasonably priced. However, I ordered my gift a week ago and have still had no update on tracking information.”

“I bought a cute box to keep some things for my baby as memories. I was very delighted how the box turned out and also the fact that the delivery was very quick. I would recommend it to everyone and i probably will order again.”

“I bought the Personalised Love Hearts Bullet Vase and I loved how easy it was to find, personalise and order. I REALLY loved that you can see a preview of what your item will look like with personalisation. The dispatch and delivery times are amazing especially as the item needed personalising before sending. I expected a day delay but got it Next Day as ordered. The only extra that would be useful would be to know if it had a gift box or not. Mine was a gift sent directly to the recipient and I don't know if it was wrapped or boxed. The website is difficult to get to login or see my account for orders. Everytime I followed the links I got the home page so had to see my order from the email which I'd saved. Also the £100 iTunes gift card draw for reviews is a bit redundant because people don't really buy music anymore. It's all about Spotify. Just saying I can't even give it to anyone I know, use it or sell it on. 😂”

“Personalise.co.uk was a great site to shop from. I recieved quick delivery even with the cheapest delivery option however i would have liked to receive a tracking number and email as soon as it we'd as as dispatched, which i did not receive at all. Overall good company only purchased once though.”

“The only reason I’m not giving a 5* is because it’s not as heavy as I thought it would be. It’s almost feels hollow on the inside. But it is heavy enough to not blow away at a grave side. It’s also not as big as I thought it was going to be, but it’s still lovely. The personalisation is great.”

“I bought a champagne bottle stopper as a 50th present and it was very well received! I would have loved the option to include a little note as there was no indication the present was from me. I had to follow up afterwards to confirm - not ideal. But she loved the product.”

“A great product which was well received as a present. A bit smaller than it looked in the picture but still good quality solid chocolate. Customer service was not so good, received an automated email at the time of order then nothing else until the product arrived more than a week later. I telephoned to get an expected date of delivery and was told to expect a tracking number but nothing came. One hopes it’s all down to these difficult times”
