“I am disappointed with my product. Perhaps I didn't read the description properly but the mug is just a plain, cheap, white mug with a transfer printed on. I expected it to be an actual Bouffle mug like the others I have from Clintons. There is no information to tell you if the mug is dishwasher or microwave safe or not. I have paid a lot of money for something which I do not feel is worth.”

“Lovely mugs. Nice personalisation. Packaging a bit disappointing. As they are obviously a Christmas present, with the recipients names on and Christmas 2020 I was disappointed to see them in 2 polystyrene cases and not a nice presentation box ready to be given as a gift.”

“Unfortunately the postcode I ordered has been placed right under the clock center so you can't actually see it! Maybe you could take this into consideration and put the actual post code area higher on the clock so it is visible. I do like the product but I am disappointed my Dad won't be able to see his village. Which was really the whole point of buying the clock. If you order one take this into consideration and maybe pick a more southerly post code.”

“15th November I ordered two personalised chocolate trees and both were damaged when received 19th November. Quick delivery can't fault that. Sent photos of the products and received email they would respind within 2 working says. That's long gone now. In total I have completed the form 3 times and still no respons. I sent emails and still nothing. If they are busy just reply and say that. I can't give damaged goods to children and have lost confidence in this company.”
