“So far I have not received my item (ordered and money taken from my account 15 days ago). I even had to email to ask for confirmation emails to be sent to me indicating that the order had been placed and received by the company!”

“Ordered on 2nd October. It arrived on the 7th . I ordered a personalised Christmas bauble for my newly wed friends. It is excellent quality and the personalised wording is clear and perfectly placed.It was very well packaged too. Excellent service .Would buy again from this company .Thankyou !”

“This gift is for my daughter from my two Grandsons, for her birthday. My daughter always says to her boys “I Love You To The Moon And Back”. My daughter will be overwhelmed by this gift, it is so personal to all of them.”

“Used the Next Day Delivery service.....I had to re order as I had put the wrong name on the box...my mistake...and Next day 2nd box arrived direct to person it was a gift too. They over the moon. Thank you all for this turnround. Both Product and service excellent.”
