“I bought the Personalised Love Hearts Bullet Vase and I loved how easy it was to find, personalise and order. I REALLY loved that you can see a preview of what your item will look like with personalisation. The dispatch and delivery times are amazing especially as the item needed personalising before sending. I expected a day delay but got it Next Day as ordered. The only extra that would be useful would be to know if it had a gift box or not. Mine was a gift sent directly to the recipient and I don't know if it was wrapped or boxed. The website is difficult to get to login or see my account for orders. Everytime I followed the links I got the home page so had to see my order from the email which I'd saved. Also the £100 iTunes gift card draw for reviews is a bit redundant because people don't really buy music anymore. It's all about Spotify. Just saying I can't even give it to anyone I know, use it or sell it on. 😂”
