“Very happy with the products when they eventually arrived however the next day free delivery that was advertised was 5 days late. Despite this I would happily make other purchases if I had enough time to wait on delivery”

We're happy you got the items and loved them, we do have a lead time for our items as they need to be personalised, this varies and in this case it was a 1-3 working day lead time. Thanks again for shopping with us.

“My review is based on one experience only. The gifts were great. However, the personalised Mr & Mrs mirrored photo frame was slightly scratched but due to the receiving the items after the wedding (when it should have been before) I had no time to send them back and had to give it to the couple as is. I got a slight refund but I didn't think it was good enough as the late dispatch wasn't communicated to me prior and I had to buy another present to avoid looking silly on the wedding day.”
