Occasionally packaging can get damaged during delivery, this is why we have a strong outer packaging on all of our gifts so that the items are protected during transit. Thanks for shopping with us

“Ordered personalised glasses for my wedding but I was a bit last minute.com however after emailing the company they were superb and said they would upgrade the dispatch of the items to 24hrs, fantastic customer service. They arrived in time and were superb. Can't thank them enough :) Mrs T”

Hi Diane, as our items are personalised they have to be made by us and so this lead time plus delivery time means they will take longer than if you purchased a non personalised item. All of our lead times and delivery times can be seen on the delivery page. We're glad it arrived with and you were pleased with it.
