“Ordered an item on the 17th to arrive by the 24th for a friends' birthday. The ordered stated it would be delivered by the 22nd. Still not arrived. Their customer services department is woeful. Emails sent but not replied to. As for the order, the birthday came and went with no gift. Disappointed doesn't even come close.”
