We do apologise for one of the items arriving late, this was a mixture of having to reproduce the item to pass quality control and Royal Mail talking a long time to deliver during this Christmas period. We do aim to get everything out and we did in time for Christmas. We'd love to change your opinion on your experience with us and we've sent you an email in regards to this.

“I ordered a bracelet with a personal message and it came very quicky, was even prettier than it looked in the picture, and was a lovely weighty piece of pure silver jewellery. I was even impressed by the packaging! Would definitely use the website again.”

“The parcel arrived within the timescale scheduled. The product was beautifully gift wrapped with bow and trailing ribbons ( which my cat totally fell in love with lol). The package was carefully packed within an outer box. Very safe, very secure. If I really want to make a complaint, it was delivered at 8-15am!!!!”

“Wow!!!!!!! So impressed with the prices, the service, the goods....everything! Personalise.co.uk is one of my new favourite places to shop for everyone, to get them something special that will last! I managed to get both my sons', my husbands, my Mothers and my Step-Fathers Christmas presents all from here, and when they very quickly arrived, packaged well, I was so so pleased with the quality, especially with my sons engraved bracelet for his 18th. Yep, if you need something special that they will want to keep forever, something personal, I would come to Personalise! xxx”
