“Ordered 3 smash cups on the 31st of March. Still waiting.......even though there was nothing to say they would take nearly 2 weeks to arrive. I would've maybe ordered from somewhere else had I known it would take so long. My £63 was taken out straight away however. Not very happy.”

“Ordered on 30th March for my daughters 21st birthday paid for 1st class postage did not arrive until 7 April if it did not have 21st on it would have given my daughter next year it was so late. Also maybe my fault for not looking closely at size but I ordered the large size of glass gift it was so small could hardly read the writing. Just not worth it.”

“I wouldn’t use these again in a million years, ordered a phot book for new baby, I then wanted to change wording 3 hours later, so sent an email, they didn’t reply until the next day and replied unfortunately it has already been processed, they only replied because I kept asking for a reply, absolute disgrace”
