“I ordered my fantastic personalised glass Friday afternoon and I couldn't believe it when it arrived so quickly on the Tuesday! Absolutely fantastic service!! The glass was for a present and as soon as they opened it, they loved it! Can't thank you enough and can't wait to order my next personalised item from you!”

“Very quick dispatch. My mum loved the vase. Personalise however need to send dispatch emails as the present was going to another address and I didn't know if it had arrived or not. Would recommend them.”

“Unfortunately the engraving on the Vase I purchased was of very poor quality but, I emailed Personalise and they corrected this promptly and very efficiently, sending out another Vase with the engraving as it should have been. Excellent customer service. Thank you.”

Thanks for being so understanding, somehow the vase slipped through our quality control net and made it to you, as soon as we heard we got you a replacement with no need to send it back to us so we're glad we made you happy in the end. :)
