“My cup and teapot was exactly what i wanted my friend whom it was for was really impressed with it and the engraving. I think if ye set up on yere website when customers write there personalise message that it could temperly b displayed on screen for d customer to view might be helpful other websites do other than that excellent service. Very happy customer????”

“At the moment I cannot give a star "Very good", because I did not see yet what I ordered (6 engraved champagne glasses). I am from Germany and will see our friends (and the glasses) in September. The delivery was very very quick. I ordered on a Saturday and our friend received the parcel on Wednesday. Very good! But our friend did not know from whom the parcel comes. Obviously there is no comment about the sender in the parcel. What a pity!”

“The quality of the glass is very good. I wanted a coloured transfer so it would show up. The transfer is a bit light and could be more defined but for the money it is a good item and will make a good keepsake. I would recommend.”

“I didn't see the items I sent as the recipients and I live in different countries! However, I have been told that the children loved the mugs and had to use them straight away, and the ornaments went on the tree. So I think there was satisfaction all round. Thank you”

“First order arrived damaged, personalised replied quickly. Sent out new product quickly, at no extra cost and didn't have to send other product back. Nice and polite. Will order from them again.”

“Very happy with the products when they eventually arrived however the next day free delivery that was advertised was 5 days late. Despite this I would happily make other purchases if I had enough time to wait on delivery”

We're happy you got the items and loved them, we do have a lead time for our items as they need to be personalised, this varies and in this case it was a 1-3 working day lead time. Thanks again for shopping with us.

“I was pleased with my products. There was a hitch with one of them but after contacting the customer service another delivery was sent out immediately. I will therefore definitely use them again. They make ideal gifts. They also proved they are customer friendly which is sometimes not the case with some shopping sites.”
