“I ordered two gifts for my wedding party and both arrived timely. The box for one item was slightly damaged but the item and engraving were spot on. I am pleased with the purchase and would consider using in future.”

Occasionally packaging can get damaged during delivery, this is why we have a strong outer packaging on all of our gifts so that the items are protected during transit. Thanks for shopping with us

“Didn't get a dispatch email so was unware if my order was on its away after 2 weeks of waiting. Had to email and find out. When arrived was happy with me purchase, nicely and safely packaged. Thank you”

Our personalised items require a lead time in which we do the personalising, this means that delivery can be longer. We advise our lead times as working days and so weekends are not included. We're glad it arrived just in time for you.

“I ordered the glass tealight candle holder, as I couldn't find anything with my friends name on. I personalised it with her name, it's meaning and her date of birth. Was very pleased with the result and am sure she will appreciate the gesture! Arrived well wrapped so no chance of it getting broken en route.”
