“Shocking service. When the item finally arrived it was damaged, raised a case with PayPal as that was my payment method and am now expected to return a damaged item at my own expense or not receive a refund. The contact details on the order confirmation email don’t work, and the email address listed on PayPal bounced back and we’ll not talk about the advertised phone number.”

“I ordered from this company as I had seen similar on Amazon and had it in my basket, when I went to pay, the time to have it delivered on time for Christmas had passed. So I went online and the s was one of the few companies that said would deliver in five working days. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t come on time but better than nothing as it is a gift that means a lot and I know it would make my family members Christmas. I ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. My words were embroidered beautifully with little touches like a heart over the I and the words written perfectly. Thank you so so much x”
