A lovely plaque. But the glue has come underdone on one end of the rope so that is a little disappointing.

I ordered four personalised Xmas chocolate oranges. Three were perfect but one was misspelled. Customer services have said that a replacement is on its way. Hopefully it will arrive before Xmas 🤞

Very pleased with my recent purchase. Easy to order and select options for personal messages. Arrived very promptly and well packaged. Once opened, it looks like a good quality product . My only comment would be a confirmation of order email would have been helpful but as it came so quickly I hadn’t worried too much !

I ordered a glass bauble with a personalised message on. Bauble is lovely and delivery was quick but the sketching is very faint and you can't see it which is a shame

Personalised pencils were lovely but packaging all split by the time it got to me so now have to buy something to put the pencils in

Unfortunately the postcode I ordered has been placed right under the clock center so you can't actually see it! Maybe you could take this into consideration and put the actual post code area higher on the clock so it is visible. I do like the product but I am disappointed my Dad won't be able to see his village. Which was really the whole point of buying the clock. If you order one take this into consideration and maybe pick a more southerly post code.

Good products. But the service isn't very great. I purchased a product a week ago still hasn't received any email about it and There is no tracking options.

When my order arrived I could see immediately that it was broken so I followed the instructions on the website and took a couple of photographs of the damaged item to upload to the online form. The process was quite long winded and eventually after completing all the details on the form the photos would not upload so I sent a separate email with the information required. I did not receive a reply within the stated timescale so contacted Customer Services by telephone. The lady I spoke with was helpful and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement which did arrive 6 days later and the replacement was packaged more securely with bubble wrap.
