“Before placing an order I called Permagard a number of times for information and guidance about repair products, and also made extensive use of their website. For the order, I decided to call again rather than use the website and was fortunate to be answered by Kate (Thorne). She was particularly helpful and knowledgeable and a delight to do business with. Thanks, Kate! The goods were despatched the same afternoon and arrived mid-day the following day. Poor weather means that work using the spiral bars etc hasn't started yet so I cannot yet review the products' performance.”

“Item was delivered promptly, and it was packaged excellently. The product was very good to use,and unlike another product I had used previously, no runny streaks are showing when brushing onto an exterior wall. An excellent product, and coverage is good.”

“Just finished using the silicone cream. Easy to drill holes, easy to inject cream Have to wait and see if it does the job. Underestimated amount required so will have to order more soon.”
