Hi Tyler, We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please send a photo of the gun you received to sales@permagard.co.uk. We'll then be able to confirm what was supplied and look into what caused it to break so we can help resolve this for you. The Permagard Team

“I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. The products are excellent, but what really sets this company apart is its outstanding customer service. Every member of the customer service and technical support teams has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. A special mention goes to Clare – thank you so much for all your help. You went above and beyond, and your knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made all the difference. It’s rare to receive service this good these days. Highly recommended!”

“So far so good. Used the fillet seal beforehand on the stone joints and for a bit of levelling up. Tanking straight forward to mix and apply, drying to a hard finish. Ready for renovating plaster …..”
