“I've found people at Permagard helpful and informative. Materials I've bought for tanking have worked well, so no complaints there. I haven't had a chance to use the stuff I bought recently, for crack stitching, but I received it quickly, well packaged so I'm happy with that. The only grumble about this last order was that I didn't receive any communication from the delivery company - no email, no tracking number, nothing about which company was delivering; the only contact was a card through the door saying that they'd missed me. From the card I found the company, tracking number etc., so was able to arrange delivery.”

“A builder told me to buy from here. I brought two, one has been installed so far. Currently there is no gunning down the wall or window condensation. The quality of the vents were good, I chose grey and it looks smart on my brick bungalow. Thank you permagard I was fretting I should have not picked this bungalow six months ago due to the damp. The neighbours said it had damp problems for fifteen years. This was one of three solutions we have implemented and so far so good. Happy Valentine’s Day to me lol.”
