“Great sales team who kept me informed when a product ordered was out of stock. Thank you to them. Delivery was on time and TNT kindly put the heavy packages in the porch out of sight and the weather. Grateful to them too. When it stops raining I will use the products.”

“This is purely a review of the service as I have not actually used the woodworm treatment yet as it is for decking outside and there has just been too much rain. I ordered online and received the product very promptly. I asked a question via email and received a speedy response. I hope the actual product is as good as the customer service. I will review that in due course.”

Hi, We apologise for the inconvenience and the delay to your project. We've investigated with the delivery company and apparently the tape box got split from the rest of the consignment at the depot. It should have arrived by now within the three day window but please contact us if any further issues. Thanks Permagard Team

“Arrived quickly and well packaged. Was a little frustrated this couldn’t be left without a signature, despite me emailing details of where and when to deliver, but very relieved when they actually phoned and asked what was best place and day for Re-delivery! Impressed!”

“They were so helpfully and I spoke to Sam , I told him my issues and the sizes and he worked out the rest . Top service can not fault anything . Order the products and it can the next working day . I just start the tanking and so far it be great as long as you follow the instructions and do it as they say . . How to now wait and see if it stop water coming in , as I built a large brick shed and sunk in 18 inches below ground to get more head room .”
