“Very prompt and secure despatch. I bought it to treat some wet rot in my bathroom and then screwed the floor down, so don't know if it is efficacious. Fingers crossed.”

“Good kit , easy to work with , only 1 critism is that the fixings are ok but a bit flimsy ( broke about 20 with no great force ) other than that would definitely buy again .”

“The delivery was quick and the ordering was easy. However, whilst I commend your ethos on recyclable packaging, I was astounded to receive the product in such a huge, and I mean huge cardboard box and was wondering if that was the reason for the very pricey postage cost. I'm pretty sure this tiny bottle could have been securely packed in something a lot smaller as it weighed next to nothing. I would have given this 5 stars if it were not for the packaging reasons above. I am hopeful the next time I order something it will arrive in something more suitable for the size.”

Hi Karen. Thanks for taking the time to review your order with us. Unfortunately on this occasion we had run out of our smallest boxes and sadly this is the next size up. We are currently reviewing our packaging and introducing postal bags for our smallest items. Please be assured that this will not have affected the cost of delivery. As most of our products are classed as hazardous chemicals we are charged at a higher price by our couriers although we are always looking how we can reduce these costs for the future. “Been having problems with damp marks on chimney breast in front room. Which was being cause by the residue of 120yrs of open fire. I had tried everything. even taking all the lime plaster off back to stone work didn’t work. In the end I used permagard diluted and soaked wall several times. Then re plastered wall. So far so good. We live very close to sea and this side of the property takes the full brunt of any storm, so there is a lot salt in the air which doesn’t help. I would recommend this product to anyone who is the same problems”

“My order arrived quickly and well packaged. Very helpful staff. I ordered the wrong length of wall tie and the staff were very quick to sort this out and swap them over before my order went put, thus avoiding the issues of returning the item. Very friendly on the phone. Highly recommended company.”
