“So far, so good. They have been helpful answering questions by email and given helpful suggestions. My only complaint is that my order came too quickly ;) that's a good problem to have. With their advice and online guidance I will save a fair bit of money. I had two damp proofing companies in. One was a pair of numpties. The other didn't really diagnose the underlying problem and didn't find most of the damp which is also an issue on internal walls which they never tested. With floorboards up, problems are clear. I've also have issues due to two downstairs rooms where someone filled up with soil and put cement on top and no membrane. To top it off, they surrounded the house with gravel burying air bricks and slates.”

“This is my second purchase from Permagard. The dampproofing cream I bought some while ago worked very well and that was why I purchased masonry waterproofing cream this time. Also, the price was better than anywhere else for similar products I could find online and the delivery was prompt.”

“Service and products fine. Shipping charges high, £10.80 for 2 mastics next day with DPD, up to 2kg is £7odd on their website.”
